The Position
Automation Arts has developed an Install Apprenticeship Position to support individuals interested in
learning more about the Audio Video (“AV”) Industry and getting some hands-on experience to see what
it all about. Through the course of this apprenticeship this individual will spend 4-6 weeks going through
a job shadow of all our positions within the company so they have a solid understanding of what each
role plays to ensure our success. Once the job shadow portion of the apprenticeship is over, this
individual will then spend the majority of their time learning the hands-on skills necessary to be a Level 1
Technician. Working with our Production Home team, the basic skills to be proficient in AV installation
will be taught and the ability to perform these tasks on a daily basis will give the experience necessary
for these individuals to be successful.
